It happened after getting Mixed with Freeside, when someone comes up to you to tell you you'll be getting a discount at M&R's. There's the option to trade, but it's just the 'take a look' line and then it goes back to the dialogue options. This is with Project Nevada mod, but it's a known bug listed on the Vault wiki. Is there a fix?
