Game crashes at intro, continue, load save : Fallout: New Vegas

when ever I try to start new game , continue , load save.. the game crashed and i got "falloutNV stop working", I got the game from Steam few days ago.
My laptop's model is Lenovo Y570 i7 gt555m
Please help

I can only find exit and start for one key theater. Where do I uninstall it? I have onekey recovery as well. Is it the same? Nothing else pops up except a small window everytime I click start or exit one-key theater.

Should just be able to go to control panel->programs and features for windows 7.
Should be control panel then add/remove programs for windows xp.

Scroll the list until you find one-key theater. Double click or right click and select uninstall.

Previoous thread someone used a debugger. This is an issue for people with leveno ideapads.
