I've just completed I Put a Spell On You; caught the spy in the act, killed him, disarmed the bomb, reported to Hsu. And it appears that I didn't earn any Boone history points from it.

This is the first time in quite a few playthroughs that it happens to me.

Possibly relevant info:

I HAVE talked to Manny Vargas and to Bitter-Root.

I did not have Boone with me when complering Booted.

I did kill Silus, AFTER I milked him for information and reported back to Boyd, completing the quest.

Any idea what went wrong and how to fix it?
