Continuous crashing, game is unplayable, help?

Post » Sat Dec 10, 2011 5:27 am

I have a good gaming laptop, good enough to run New Vegas on Ultra, 2nd gen i5 processor with a RADEON HD 6550M graphics card, on a y460p lenovo ideapad, tried verifying the game cache, updated absolutely everything via the device manager, i have no background programs running while playing, i even tried it on the lowest settings, i even reinstalled new vegas. Still nothing, crashes right away and i can't figure out why, anyone know how i can fix this or contact some sort of official support?

Crashes where? Try uninstalling one-key theater. Check control panel->program and features for win 7 or add/remove programs for win xp.

Crashes either at the intro screen when loading a save, or it will go for about a minute then crash no matter where i am, usually when entering a building though. What is one key theater? I see that i have it and just uninstalled it so i'll give new vegas another try later tonight.
