Odd bug in "The Path Of Dawn" main story quest

For some reason it seems that if Baurus travels to a different cell he falls unconscious and upon getting back up has no collision at all. Using 'resurrect 1' in the console before he gets up himself will get him up normally, but he'll refuse to move. Just plain resurrect will cause if to respawn with all of his armor from the beginning quest and although he'll continue with the quest, he seems to be impossible to damage. (although I'm not totally sure.)

Have ou tried to disable, then reenabling him?
This should reset his behaviour.

I just tried and it has the same effect on him as trying "resurrect 1" on him. I can talk to him, and push him around, but he won't walk around.
