TDT - ToggleDegbugText doesn't seem to work : V

In previous ES games I was able to type TDT into the console and it would show some statistics like FPS. If I type TDT into Skyrim's console there is no reported error like function does not exist but there is no data displayed either.

Does anyone know how to use TDT?

Seems that command possibly doesn't exist or is disabled for the released versions of the game. See link for details / speculation:
