Enchanting maxxed but cant double enchant? : V

So I got enchanting to 100 but after I enchant my armour I cant enchant it a second time...is this a bug? I've got the enchanting perk at level 100 that allows double enchanting.

Now I need to find some more Daedra hearts to make two more war axes for when I get my enchanting up all the way. :mad:

Also you cannot enchant the same effect twice. It must be two different effects. No doubling up Fire/Fire enchants.

Edit: Guy at the College of Winterhold sells Daedra Hearts I believe.
