Downstar Sanctuary : V

Hey guys ,

I'm looking for an advice. Is it worth investing in repairing the Downstar Sanctuary or should I keep the money ? Has anyone invested the money and tell how are the gained benefits compared with the costs ?

yes it has a torture chamber where you can beat people and they tell you were theyve hidden treasure so all in all its fun on the weekends

I have bought everything for my sanctuary but the quest still says its uncompleted. Any help?

I invested and I'm not sure what to think of it. You get a decent base to hide out in, but as far as I can tell the 5000g torture chamber is worthless? Nothing ever happens there that I see, and it doesn't seem like you can interract with the prisoners.

Just ask Delvin again for some upgrades. He will tell you that there is nothing more he can do and the quest will be completed
