This was a lie.
A few years after the bombs fell in 2077, the door locking mechanism on these vault security cells released, and these madmen were released unto the vault. Without anyone wondering why, the armory was also located close to the holding cells, and as the holding cells opened, so did the armory.
Scientists for Vault-Tech designed the locks to fail in 2080. They predicted that the criminals and mental patients would kill all of the normal citizens within a few days, and then war would break out between them slowly. The vault was supposed to be completely destroyed by 2082.
But this was not to be.
One brave man, Jonathon Lucas, the head of the security team for vault 113, fought his way to the armory and brought back, with several men enough weapons for the citizens to hold out.
In that way, the vault split. The criminal half and the citizen half were on either side of the vault, with similar weapons and defenses, there has been a war within vault 113 for one hundred ninety three years. Since then, both sides have survived, breeding for more soldiers, and the war has been a stalemate for all the years. The citizens have been trying to get past the criminals for all the years to the Vault 113 entrance to escape without avail, and the criminals, with no scientist on their side, are unable to open the vault door, as it had extra security measures to keep it closed.
However, this is about to change. For nineteen years, one young person has watched the war escalate and has seen friends and family, including her parents, die and is ready to leave. She's ready to escape the vault and see the outside world. Little dose she know that she may release something upon the wasteland that may end humanity for good.
(Alright, this role play will be a bit unique. First of all, there will be no weapons section of the bio. Why you may ask? Because this is frickin' fallout. I want you guys to be able to pick up weapons and improve your armory as you go. However, there are some rules that I wish to go over.
1. I'm giving you the freedom to change out weapons, but do NOT abuse it. I don't want to see you pulling a Chinese Assault Rifle, Fat Man, and Power Fist out of your *** at the beginning.
2. Ammo is unlimited. The exception to this is the Fat Man, the Missile Launcher, Grenades, and Mines. You still have to reload, but you don't have to worry about ammo.
3. Big weapons (IE, Fat Man, Missile Launcher) Won't be allowed. You can still find things like the Minigun or the Gatling laser, but the overpowered weapons, (Stated above) will only be around at special parts.
4. Not all of the "Unique" weapons from Fallout 3 will be here. Some will, but not all.
5. I will allow people to make up weapons to find and use, just don't go overboard (I don't want to see you pulling out a minigun that can shoot rockets, or a sword that blows someone up when you cut them with it.)
6. You MUST start in the vault. If you join later, you can say that you came from another vault, but if you're starting from the beginning, you must start in vault 113.
7. You have to have a history, but I'm not going to be too picky about it, nor does it have to be very long, as there are only so many things you can do while stuck in an underground room.
8. You MUST have a pipboy 3000. You can make a different version if you wish, but no stealth boys. You can find and use them, just don't have one strapped to your wrist.
9. Appearance is how you will wish to look once you get some cloths in the wasteland. I don't want to mess around with Power Armor, so keep it to normal clothing or normal armor.) You will start with a normal Vault 113 jumpsuit, but you'll change it once we get started.
10. I'll allow a maximum of 2 characters per person.)

Aggies Bio.
Name: Sky
six: Female
Age: 19
Height: 5'7
Weight: 117 lbs.
Skills: Sky has very fast reflexes and can run pretty fast. She is normally used in the vault to transfer messages across the vault between soldiers and commanders. Sky is pretty skilled in close to medium range, preferring to use machine guns and pistols, sometimes shotguns, and she is even known to use some energy weapons from time to time, but she's not very good with them. She is decent in close range fighting with melee weapons or her bare hands, but she's better while using a machine gun. She's also quite good at making repairs to her weapons. She has also been known to be able to talk her way through many situations with ease.
Appearance: Sky has flame red hair tied into a ponytail behind her head. She also has light blue eyes. Normally, Sky wears a worn brown jacket over a green shirt. She also wears a normal pair of jeans, and a pair of fingerless black gloves. Lastly, she wears a pair of brown boots. Before leaving the vault, she just wore a standard Vault 113 jumpsuit. Her pipboy 3000 is just a standard model, and is fixed to her left wrist, like others in the vault.
Attitude: Sky is pretty friendly, especially considering what happened to her down in the vault. She is normally very upbeat and tries to make friends with everyone, but can also fight when she needs to. She is thought to be very nice despite this.
History: Sky has lived in Vault 113 her entire life. Although she doesn't know it, she is the direct descendant of Johnathon Lucas, the man who saved the citizens of Vault 113. Ever since she was old enough to hold a weapon, she's been fighting the criminals and psychopaths of the "other" side of Vault 113. She has killed many of them over the years, which has bothered her, but she has found friends in the vault as well. She lost her parents when one of the others threw a grenade over one of their barriers when she was fourteen. Even though she has been alone for years, she remembers her parents well, and remembers that both of them wanted to see the outside world before dying, and that they didn't want to die locked in the vault. Because of this, Sky decided to leave the vault, no matter who would try and stop her.
