"Promotion code was a success"... Where do I download it? : Crysis

I won a code for the Retaliation Mappack, entered it, and got the message: "Promotion was a sucess". Now I have the problem that the mappack isn't showing up in my purchase history.

What shall I do???

Still it doesn't help me when gamesas.com doesn't give me the pack. Then the refreshing was useless...

Also a tip for the next times: Don't use the first key, it's always like that. :E
