So I got this bounty to take out the 'bandit leader'...I think it's called Niehold or something like that.
When I get there the whole place is populated by soldiers, not bandits, and the quest 'cue' floating on the 'bandit's head...well, he's just a run-of-the mill soldier too!
So this has to be glitch, right? I started attacking the soldiers to get the quest and they keep yelling 'We're on your side!'
