I helped the legion guy escape Mcarran, and now I can't get the officer chick to say anything else. I'm trying to get the I put a spell on you started, and she won't help. I stood there and watched the legion guy kill the ncr soldier, and went to talk to her after. She says, come back tommorrow, but it's been days now. Can I just go talk to Curtis to help him blow up the monorail without her dialog/tower key? Yet another quest bug? Can't find anything on the wiki.

Well, some A-hole decided to erase it.
But here is what happens.

If you decide to help Silus escape, she gets stuck in that one same sentence line.
Nothing can be done to reverse it on consoles. So, doing this ruins the quest Dealing With Contrestas if you wanted to get "This Machine" the easy way.
It also ruins the quest, "The White Wash"

Oh well, I guess I'll end up killing her anyway when I decide to start my rampage at Mcarran. (for now, I was trying to just get the legion side of "I put a spell on you") I didn't realize all of the bugs involved with "silent treatment". Bummer.
