Ummm he ran a bar outside of Vault City. I got him to join me through some handsome dialog, He's an oldster, he likes to insult Myron and Lenny, he has a heart condition, he gets a head in the restoration pack, etc

Did anyone else see the conversation with Old Ben where he talks about a guy selling food that was actually MADE OF PEOPLE! as a reference to Bob's Iguana Stand? I was expecting there to be one of those in the game, and thought that that might've explained why there wasn't.
