Open gamesas site from in-game under the redeem tab, once on the site, sign in THEN do this >>

Right click on the big window where it says enter your redeem code, select this frame, then select show only this frame, THEN enter your code.

Someone posted this fix yesterday somewheres, thanks to them.

so, it still says Promotion Code not found. Is here anyone who knew how i fix this by an crytek technician. ive chated with ea, they say the code is legal but they can nothin do. so it must be anybody outhere to fix this... im gettin sick of it...

This FIX fixes the bug where it asks you to sign when you already are is all.

the fact that there needs to be a tutorial on how to redeem a code pretty much sums up the whole crysis 2 experience.....SAD
