Dear Bethesda :)

Dear Bethesda, this game is perfect! I am level 73 and I see so many people on here complaining about this game and it saddens me, most complain about magic being underpowered, and etc, they're all over the oard, but if people actually put time into skills like smithing and enchanting you can easily make combat waaaay more effective, that would make a lotof things easier, my point is you dont have to completely change everything they say you do, they should just learn to play the game and and be more stratigical about it, I and my friends all think it's perfect, if there is any major thing that huuge amounts of people are complaining about then ya fix it but a lot these problems I see are fixable with hard work, so dont take them all seriously :)

This is obviously also pointed at you complainers :P

Oh another complaining about complainers. In b4 lock. Seriously dude people that are so called "complaining" are mostly just giving constructive criticism. We get it you love the game and it breaks your heart to see that anyone has something negative to say about it. Go cry somewhere else. Forums are for discussing positives AND negatives about a game.

Nothing is perfect, there is always room for improvement. And a lot of complaining is based on features being gone from former games. You may have enough luck to have had all of your desired spells for example put into Skyrim from the former games but the same is not true for everyone. I myself would very much like a shield on target spell, something that was in the last game but not in this one. It is not only about efficiency too but about choice and fun. You mentioned the magic system so I take it you play some sort of a mage, now imagine they removed fire spells, bummer right ?

Well you could in theory still kill things in an effective manner in the next game without fire spells, but you'd miss them wouldn't you ? Or what about other spells you use ? Can you imagine starting up the next installment to see over half the spells you used to use gone from the series, justified by that the rest of the spells have been fleshed out more ?

That is only one part of many constructive arguments against Skyrim being "perfect" (which I believe no game really is, even my favorite game) and Bethesda should be able to take criticism as well as praise.

There is nothing constructive when people who write all these complaints and make them sound so terrible while actually it is not. It will only turn away other people from buying the game. Also, I am seeing people who are flaming Bethesda, now that isn't "constructive" isn't it?

 Making posts like this serves absolutely no purpose. I have seen a few posts that were really complaining and the posts where people flame bethesda are locked immediately. 90% of the so called "complaining" posts are criticism. Criticism is not a bad thing and its WHAT A FORUM IS FOR.

smithing and enchanting you can easily make combat waaaay more effective,

Stopped reading there. A godmode exploit combo shouldn't be a requirement.

"skill A is fine because you can exploit skill B and C to become immortal - derp"

Most Complainers actually love the TES series as a whole and just want to see Bethesda make the most of it, wasted potential, blatant laziness or pointless/unnecessary features is why some of us get annoyed at them, we love the game and the Series but Bethesda need a good shove sometimes.

Had I been a presumptuous person, I would have stopped reading there on accounts of blatant, non-anolytical falsity, but I did not. It didn't get better from there. No game is perfect and not one is above scrutiny and criticism... not one.

If a significant amount of people find a problem with an aspect of the game then it's better that the concern is voiced and heard than that they ignore the feedback.

Just saying.

As for me.
I find a couple of problems here and there, it's nowhere near perfect, but it's a damn fine game.
Problems I have is the ridiculous scaling of enemies, I play on expert and the enemies are now bullet sponges.
Makes it feel like Enchanting or Smithing is a necessity rather than an option as my bow apparently svcks against the enemies health pools.

Next up is the map, it isn't good, having a map that is blurred and smeared with clouds so that the only way to navigate is through location markers is not a good map IMO.

Lockpicking is a joke and it's perk tree is so ridiculous I might die of laughter if I tried to take it seriously.

And the PC interface is not good.

Other than that I don't have too many problems with Skyrim.
But these are my concern and if I and others have the same problems then we want a fix.
So yes, Bethesda should "listen" to the complainers, but it doesn't mean they should change everything we complain about, only those aspects who's feedback is mostly negative.

Well said, i love this game, but all the spoilt pc gamers that think they're entitled to EVERYTHING they ask Bethesda for have completely ruined this forum, sure some of it is constructive criticism but 90% of it is just whining about stuff that isn't actually that bad or can be fixed by a simple patch. Seriously GET THE [censored] OVER IT!!! I'm done, no more of these biased forums anymore for me, I love you Bethesda don't listen to any of the douchebags that are sad cause they weren't briastfed as children. In B4 lock, and I'm out.

I love reading people's whining about the littlest of things. They make these little things sounds like big. It's really funny. You can see how pathetic some people can be.

edit:
And if people think that Bethesda can be reached by complaining in this forum, that's even funnier.

Well said, what's with all this free thinking and having your own opinion nonsense? Can't we all go back to being corporate drones again? "Customer is king" is sooo last season, darlings.

Like yourself and many others, I'm personally enjoying Skyrim tremendously.

However, we do not permit threads about other threads.
