Specialty: Black ops

Former history: Chan has seen service in the French foreign legion and in the Chinese Navy, during the Anchorage incursion he enlisted into the U.S army and underwent several Black op tests. He has a violent history, he has set up small rebellions across the country, inciting revolution in the D.C area. He was deemed for execution until intervention from the Chinese government proposed he be sent back to China for his "Combat expertise". The U.S Army realized his usefullness and decided to recruit him. He has no communist kills.

Gear: Winterized combat gear, including armor, helmet, balaclava and goggles.

Weapons and aid: Stealth boy, Silenced 10mm pistol and a silenced assault rifle.

Personality: Cruel, merciless. Chan has been screened to not feel emotion.
