I change into a werewolf normally, and when I transform back into a Khajiit, I have my head as normal.

If you fast travel, the head travels with you!

You're still headless, of course.

Yes, turning into a Werewolf fixes this.

Alright, so, in the same cave, some more bandits did like 10 more finishing moves on me (LOL).

My character, still alive, is really weird. His body is sort of twisted. The stub of the head is twisted. And, well, I think I need to see a medic! I'm also moving weird. Turning, my body kind of turns, and then my legs do.

I really need to get out of this cave!

Another headless save game, uploaded by someone else. This one might be better, since he has the Dark Brotherhood horse and Daedric armor. This ones more like a Headless Horseman. Mine is more like a Khajiit zombie.
