As many have you must have noticed, Skyrim's climate resembles, even surpasses, some of the coldest areas on our planet. Naturally, Skyrim's inhabitants need something to protect them against frostbite and whatnot, but this particular fellow seemed somewhat determined to warm his nether regions against the severe, unforgiving cold...

I agree, some of the folk on Skyrim would freeze to death, even with 50% resistance to cold.
It's not just Nords that apparently do not feel the cold.
