In one of the pre-release videos Todd Howard mentioned the ability to sabotage business' and this would affect the economy e.g saboatage lumber mill, arrows dearer etc. However, so far I have been unable to do this. Bearing in mind I have completed the main and civil war questlines I was wondering if it made it in or if it was a thieves guild thing. Thanks in advance
