Random return to Esbern? : V

Just killed a Dragon and i got a message saying return to Esbern.. im sitting there thinking 'Oh god! That wasn't Parthunaax was it!?" but it wasnt.. im wondering wether he gives me a reward for killing a certain amount of Dragons? Hvae you guys gots this message before?

WUUUUUUT? I returned to Esbern.. and nothing.. just the usual 'YOU HAZ TO KILL PARTHUNAAX, TROLOL' what? Now thats going to be stuck on my Misc quests forevar! -_-

My friend said if you killed Parthunaax then you got 8 dragon souls and 3 new shouts... sad face.
