I am not sure if this is the right place to post, forgive me if it is not.

I have just killed Krosis or whatever that undead spirit on the mountain is and learn the three words of Throw Voice. While spending 3 dragon souls to unlock all 3 words, the recharge time remains as 30 sec instead of 5. Have any of you encounter such situation?
I am a mod user but have not downloaded any mod regarding shout or magic so I guess not affiliated with that?

If you have all three words, the recharge time is typically 3 numbers depending on how many words you use. If you just tap the voice and only use the first word, then the recharge time is the first number. If you hold shout down long enough for all 3 words to be shouted (for maximum effect), then the recharge time is the 3rd number.
