What level is the best Nightingale gear? : V

Does anyone know? I want to do the Thieves Guild, but I want to get the best version of Nightingale. My guy is level 40 right now, but I'm wondering if that's enough.

I can imagine Level 80...
But's that's as far as you're going to get, so just get it now. Trust me, the story is more than worth the eventual low-level gear.

Its all levels just wait until your level 35 so you can get the top tier version of the armor.

I don't remember where I read it, but someone got the highest tier armor at level 36. Nightingale weapons have 5 tiers, though (armor has 3), so I'm not sure if you're eligible for the best version.
Everything stops scaling at level 50.

Level 39 and I just got the nightingale blade from Karlia. according to http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Nightingale_Blade#Nightingale_Blade it is fourth most powerful. Dang! shoulda waited.
