I am presently on this with my warrior. NO spoilers but usually I just fly by random npcs barking at me in cities. For whatever reason I stopped for this person and it started this chain, haha. So many hidden stuff to do in Skyrim.....good stuff!

I was playing it in a room full of friends, great moments kept popping up.

The whole room would have a "Wow" reaction to something that was just discovered.

So many Epic moments of EPICNESS...

Short while ago, stumbling across a huge Forsworn fortress, with my cannibal, one eyed, nightblade companion Eolla. Some desperate moments in the fighting as we were swarmed by Briarhearts, Pillagers, Looters and even their pet Troll. Eolla and I were tossing fireballs about like demons, i switched to my Greatsword to cleave some of them in parts...just when all was looking lost, i called in my Dragon...what a sight seeing him breathing flames everywhere...the Forsworn were just getting barbecued...even some of my finishers showed the poor victim not only getting decapitated by huge sword, but also being engulfed in Dragon flames at the exact same moment

People have different ideas as to what EPIC means in a game. Mine is that BETH has made the greatest game I have ever played.

I am 73 and have played a lot ilot of games since the birth of the home computer.

Epic may be overused, but certainly not in the case of Skyrim, it's epic in a bottle. Sweeping and grand and breath taking.

I fell in love with this game on 11-11-11, and was blown away by it all,... after about 70 hours I became a little burned out, as hard as it is to believe,...

I didn't play for a few days, watching movies and drawing. Then I started back on the main quest and went to see Esbern. As I escorted him on foot to Riverun we picked up Delphine and made our way to the Blade temple, I was once again blown away by this game upon entering the mountain region around the temple, it just svcked me in all over again. The massive cliffs and peaks and waterfalls and clouds, walking into an actual cloud that was drifting across the path,...

Once again I am hooked. This game is pure magic.

I've seen many renditions. Riverun, Riverpass, Riverland, Riverriver, Riverdam, Riverscrolls, Riverarmor, River, Rivendale, Riverdale, Rivet, Riften, Riff, Ripten, Rickwood, Rickross, RickGrimes, etc.

This is the appeal that all ES games are after. If all those "balance" whiners got their way this would completely die for the rest of us.

Many of the dungeons in Skyrim are simply . . . epic (there, I used the word!). There's nothing like thinking: "Oh, I'll just do one more dungeon before I go to bed," and then it's two hours later and you go to bed without the dungeon completed, get up the next morning and spend another hour on it!

So they're epic because they are much larger and more unique than the dungeons in Oblivion, and there is an artistic quality that I can't help but admire. They are beautifully designed and amazing to see.

I haven't even reached the fabled dungeon my friends keep telling me about . . .

I am 60+ hours into the game and have not even set foot in the Reach or entered Markath yet. My latest epic moment was climbing atop a Dragon Roost south of Morthal, slaying the beast, and then standing at the edges of the balconies surrounding the Word Wall. From up there, I had viewpoints over all of Skyrim. And all of it was MINE.

Oh, and dealing with Meridia is indeed epic.

There have been so many epic moments so far. I was shocked to discover that I've only uncovered about 2/3 of the map from right to left even after 40 odd hours. Seriously, I can draw an amost vertical line from Solitude to the southern most point and anything to the left of that line is unexplored.
