For starters , you can find good weapons at lower levels. There's an ebony sword in a giants camp. There is a glass great sword in steep fall burrow, all you gotta do is get by 3 frost trolls. I'm sure there are others and once the creation kit comes out we can all confirm it.

Yes, with a bit of knowledge and skill and luck you can get glass, ebony, dwemer, at level one

Plus the Radiant AI can cause funny things to happen. I heard a story about a guy that walked out of Helgen, walked down to the river, and immediately spotted an enchanted glass warhammer floating by...:tongue:

I'm kinda curious where it CAME from, though. There must be a story behind that xP

Yep. Lot of posters tallking about lack of random good loot sitting around are too busy to explore as they are just zipping around in fast travel.
