when you do a forward power attack either from sprinting or moving forward it likes to get stuck constantly forcing you to run forward. It is getting very old and tiresome.

I like it, actually. It makes you think strategically about how the momentum will change your next move, and it's fairly realistic.

it seems more like a bug to me when it constantly keeps going. They never had this before in other games. Oh, and momentum makes you go in a specific direction but with this you can turn any which way, even pull an immediate 180 which makes me think it is a bug even more.

It never happened to me. The Power Attack's animation itself, however, is pretty long, and I sometimes miss my target because of that

I know what you mean. It's not momentum, it's a bug. It's hard to explain. After a forward power attack, your next attacks, even if they are just regular attacks, will force you to continue moving forward even if you are not pressing forward. It's very noticeable when you do several non power attacks in a row but you continue to only strike from the right side and not alternate sides. Like I said, it's kind of hard to explain. I hope they fix this in the patch.

I think i know what you're talking about

Easiest way to reproduce this is with a sideways power attack; continue to spam the attack button and no matter what direction you press you will continue to sidestep and do sidestep power attacks

You have to let off the attack button, or you'll keep doing the same move

THANK YOU! Someone who understands that momentum would keep you going in one general direction but this bug allows you to move in any sort of direction... it isn't momentum, it's annoying
