Linking a payment method on MyCry with your Crysis 2 account : Crysis

I have been attempting to purchase the DLC maps but every time I try I get a message that says I have to link a payment method with this account on gamesas. However I cannot seem to figure this out.

My initial account with my home email address is completely dysfunctional, it does not even allow me to view the forum. I get a message that says I am not authorized to view the forum. Could not change passwords or nicknames, could not get anything to work so I created another with my second email address.

This one functions but I cannot get it to link up with my current account by changing the passwords. It appears to have created a second profile in Crysis 2 but I lose all my progress and have to start over at level1.

How can I change either the email address in Crysis 2 to match up with my new gamesas account so it sees the payment information without me having to lose all my progress. I believe the original gamesas account is corrupted because it will NOT let me change my password or Nickname to anything.

Really if they just allowed me to put the CC info in the game I could skip all this. I am about ready to move on. I have email tech support 3 times now and not gotten a response yet.

Problem is this only helps if I have already bought it & I can't even get far enough to buy it. This is the most buggy f**ked up website I am ever had to deal with. I login to the my account here & go to enter in my credit card information and I get logged out. It tells me to login to enter in my CC information so I go back and click the login button and I am immediatley logged back in, go back to enter the credit card info in my profile and get logged out. Vicious circle.

What the F**K? Can someone, anyone explain how they cannot get the simplest e-commerce basics right? I cannot even find a way to pay them to buy the new maps. In the mean time no response from crytek on how to possible straighten out this mess. Please forgive me for venting but I cannot even figure out how to purchase this item from them,what kind of business model is this? Any help, ANYONE?
