does the visor enhancement allow you to see cloaked targets better?

If you're talking about [Visor Enhance I], if you aim down your scope the module highlights enemy players with a red aura, similar to tagging. This aura shows up even while stealthed, making cloaks far less useful. If the tag-aura and tagging are linked, you may be able to evade this sort of problem by equipping [Blind Spot II] with visor tag immunity. It's untested and unconfirmed though so don't rely to heavily on that advice.

Additionally, you don't need to be 'visible' for enemy players to properly tag you with their visor either, sometimes even accidentally tagging you as they scan the scenery. An observant player can spot distortions made by the cloak which gives you away too, though running around your opponents in stealth is trickier to spot by eye.

you just need to focus hard... there's a minimum range where u can see the cloak field... and its rather far... for example from the start of Parking Deck's back alley to the other end.... if you focus hard enough you can see a moving cloaked target disrupting the graphics at the other end...
Still targets at such a distance is harder to spot...

Visor Enhancement allows u to mark any targets in red...even cloaked targets.... but first u must aim directly at the cloaked targets...meaning u gotta see and know where they are... it doesnt automatically turn the enemy red... you can spam by just randomly circling your crosshair in large map, but the best is to spot them by eye...
