2. Next, some of you may not like some of these instructions (creating a new in-game profile, Deleting any graphical CVARs from autoexec.cfg, etc). Crytek does not support custom cvars so if you have a bunch of crazy texture resolutions set to 4 and 5 in your autoexec then don’t ask for help here. All extreme settings make this game look awesome anyways. I have been able to reproduce the flickering and then get rid of it multiple times now, so please follow all instructions.
Ok lets get started:
Things you’ll need
1. Download 267.24 drivers from nvidia (this is what the sli enhancement patch was made for)
2. Download nvidia inspector.exe
3. Download latest EVGA SLI enhancement patch if you have evga cards
4. Don’t install anything yet
Preparation
1. Delete autoexec.cfg from crisis2 folder (if you want to keep an autoexec.cfg with cl_fov or skipintro then that’s fine BUT DO NOT PUT ANY CUSTOM GRAPHIC CVARS AS I HAVE FOUND THESE TO SOMETIMES CAUSE THE FLICKERING
2. Properly uninstall current nvidia drivers (control panel, uninstall nvphysx and nvdrivers, delete nvidia corporation and nvidia folders, restart in safemode – run drive sweeper to uninstall nv drivers, reboot)
3. Go to your bin32/crisis2.exe and rename it to crysis64.exe(if on 64bit)
Driver installation
4. Install 267.24 drivers ****chose custom install, then check “clean install”****, reboot
5. Go to nvidia control panel and enable SLI (don’t choose dedicated physx blah blah, just enable sli and keep the default option for physx, etc), setup 3d if applicable
6. Install sli enhancement patch
Setup
7. Fire up nvidiaInspector and go to profile settings
8. Scroll down to and choose “Crysis”
9. Make changes as noted in the screenshot below, hit “apply changes”
Almost done *****THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART*****
10. Start your newly renamed crisis64.exe
11. Skip login
12. Go to “Profile” and CREATE A NEW PROFILE – Yes you will lose single player progress, but hey it’s a bad ass campaign anyway, so play it again with your blazing fast SLI

13. You should notice in Graphics and Advanced graphics that your Sys Spec and Post Processing is set to Custom (leave it!), you can change the others to extreme and enable/disable vsync as you wish
14. Now setup your keyboard keys, brightness, game options, login to gamesas and setup your multiplayer classes again and BAM, start pwning some n00bs!
15. Heres a couple screenshots showing my 95+ fps with sli
