Probably a silly question but I take it since the THalmor "took over" the summerset isles after the Oblivion Crisis that not all the Altmer are "bad" and want to wipe out men etc?

not all Altmer are bad but most are and almost all are arrogant and think they should rule Tamerial but not all none of all races are really bad only majority or only groups we hear about

That pretty much sums it up, but it doesn't mean that you should be racist towards them. Some are good...
