Regarding the Nightingale Armor, Blade, and Bow, what are the levels required to get the best version?

I believe it's 35 for the armor...but what about the Blade and Bow? Does anyone know what level I'd need to be to get the best version of the weapons?

level 41 is when weapon stats are maxed, the leveling is 1-10, 11-20, 31-40, 41-50

Carefull though, i have been told that the highest cap for the nightingale blade cannot be upgraded on a grinding wheel.....

I'm not stressing about this shortly after CK release there will be leveler mods

As for the CK...yeah, that'll be fine and dandy once I build another PC. But currently I'm on the 360.
