Why does this line of dialogue exist.... : V

So I slew a dragon outside of Markarth just now, when a little girl ran up and proclaimed, "In all my years, I've never seen such a thing."

Who decided that line of dialogue should be recorded... It doesn't make any sense for a 10 year old girl to be saying that.

Granted most of the others who say it are rather young folk, but still.
The only people with that line of dialogue recorded should have been old people.

Kids often say stuff they heard. It doesnt always have to make sense.

Children often mimic the expressions they hear advlts use. Nothing unusual about it

hey, skyrim is a medieval tundra filled with trolls and disease-ridden skeevers. people tend to not live very long in those conditions, so maybe an 11 yr-old is considered a young advlt?

Except it was voice acted, as per the original post. Which means it wasn't entirely random.
