The main quest NPC keep attacking me i did nothing and i cant load back as ive done heaps of quests since and didnt relies i was hostile anyone please?

save the game then try to kill him. if he dies you may be somewhere else on the quest and he is no longer "important".in this case consult the UESP to find out what you need for the quest.


also, do you have a bounty? go to jail/pay the fines, then see if he has calmed down.

Unless you are on PC I don't think you can fix this, if you have PC you can try the console commands, there should be a list of them somewhere on the Elder Scrolls wiki. Unfortunately with these kind of games bugs like this that can completely screw you over can and do happen. Morrowind and Oblivion had them too and I hate to say you might have run into one on Skyrim Sorry.

Check to see if you are a vampire, I can't tell you how many times my friends have turned into vampires and only realize this after they get attacked by an entire town.
