Archery dropped 19 points? : V

My archery skill dropped from 39 to 15 for no reason. I have no diseases or curses on me or no negative modifier gear. So what happened?

Did you unequip something that had Fortify Marksmanship or something like that?

Nope. I have a feeling maybe the game saved wrong? I am not sure what is going on.

When you go into the submenu and see your and look at your active effects that's an indicator. Or, when you look at your skills, if any of those numbers are "green" colored, then you have an effect boosting that skill.

I know this. There are no negative modifiers listed in that menu. I had to use console to fix it.
