Don't worry, Bethesda trusts us to fill in every missing detail.

Just gotta wait for the CK.

Absolutely. I am really surprised that they did not put this in since pack mules in Morrowind expansions.

Don't worry, when Bethesda pleases to release the damn CK and focus less on consoles, this will be possible. Modders FTW!!

Considering the things die when you sneeze on them... probably a bad idea.

Signed. Horses should also loose their heroics and stop trying to fight trolls and dragons.

I think allowing horses to hold items would ruin the realism. I mean, I know Orcs don't exist in real life but if the horses could hold stuff, presumably you mean like battleaxes and the like then it would spoil the game.

Would they walk round on their back legs too? I suppose they would look cool in Dragon armor, would they be aloowed to wear armour?

Might look daft with a hat on though.

No I think its a silly idea.

I think having pack horses would be a good idea and agreed, make it so horses stop trying to tank against dragons.

The horses have bags and stuff on them already so I don't know why we can't use them for Storage, carryweight is for some damn reason, a huge problem in Skyrim (Morrowind and Oblivion never bothered me this much) so I think it's perfectly acceptable to be able to make Horses carry things, while Bethesda's at it, give us the ability for our horse to stop running into battle.

(Make their carry-weight 500 as well)

Good Option. I probably wouldn't use it though. Horses wander off. What If I need my stash of potions and I can't find my frigging horse.... We need to be able to tie horses up at stables outside holds too.

Saddle bags would be awesome, so would a pack mule companion you could lead behind you on foot and it would wait places for you. A way to vocalize too to call your horse would be awesome.

A "GO BACK TO THE STABLE YOU ARE TOTALLY HORSE MEAT HERE" button would be nice for my shadowmare.

some saddlebags might actually make horses worth using... doubtful, but it cant hurt. i think less stupidly-aggressive AI and the ability to ride across skyrim without staring at my horse's ass(1st person horse riding) should come first though.

It was already done in Morrowind's expansion, either tribunal or bloodmoon.
