not in any way, shape or form. poor graphics can be easily carried by fantastic gameplay.

Hyperbole... the game certainly does not look like its from 1995, but it's not cutting-edge, either. It's strange... ultra PC settings barely look any different from, in my experience, the PS3 version. :huh:

This game is the prettiest game I've ever played, but I have to agree, textures could have been higher res. But you know what? WHO CARES! We got mods for that! This is my first TES game and the first time I'm modding a game! I can't believe how "unique" an experience one can create by using mods... Your game your way! Puts a whole new spin on "Skyrim - PC version"

Here is a close-up pic I took of my character, Syvonne. I replaced the face textures with high res. ones. It looks awesome!
