What's all this talk about the FY71?

I keep hearing people talking about the overpowered FY71 but isn't this a Crysis 1 gun? It doesn't exist in crysis 2... can someone please enlighten me?

It is a weapon which is added in the new crysis2 DLC.And some people are saying it is overpowered.
