Since it is attached to his Steam account it isn't even possible anyway.
Also, punctuation helps with readability, OP.

If you already installed it, then you already agree to the ToS. The only option you have for a refund is if you reject the terms. You didn't, so it's too late now. As long as the game is functional, meaning it starts and it plays, then you can't get a refund. The fact that you think some of it is lousy is not ground for a refund.

Believe it or not, Bethesda held up their end of the bargain. They made the game, the game installs, the game runs. At no point did they lie. Therefore, you have to hold up your end, which is to pay the money. That's all there is to it. Whether or not you like the result is irrelevant, unfortunately.

Software = NO REFUNDS.... I'd say sorry but I'm not, considering the tone of your post. svcks it doesn't work though the PS3 version has and will be patched. Seems to me, Oblivion on PS3 was pretty broken too.

I bought some food the other day, ate it all and it gave me wind. I want my money back even though I ate it all.

To summarize the thread: "You aren't entitled to a refund."

I don't think it could get much clearer.

as has been mentioned, you already paid the money. how about instead of uselessly screaming you post your pc specs and maybe we can get you some tech help to diagnose the problem. if other gamers aren't having the same issues you are, why would you think it's the game and not your machine? yes, it stinks that some don't have the technical knowledge to know if their computer is good enough or not but minimum and recommended specs are clearly posted. if you didn't pay attention to them, that's not beth's fault.

LOL dont worry just got a call from amazon after I sent another e-mail saying that I will delete my account with them and never buy a single thing from them ever again, It worked they are giving me a refund for a faulty product straight to my card. The only thing I will loose out on is the recorded delivery.

If you want a refund, contact the place you bought the game from.

If you want help, post a thread in the Hardware Section with your DXDIAG and the community will try and help you.
