Or are the other groups i can be friends with?

Why won't you just play the game and find out?

If you must know, there are very few things in the game exclusive to one race.

Race doesn't matter.

What you are does not matter. It is the choices in the game that do matter.

The Racial Differences between the characters only effects game mechanics, not plot or story. Your Gender can have a minor effect on speech and some interactions.

I don't think it makes any difference.

Only some stats and a few lines change.

Being an Orc marks you as friendly with Orc settlements that otherwise attacks as you get close. To achieve this with other races you have to do a lot of quests for orcs to increase the disposition. Someone on Reddit wrote that some of these settlements also have merchants etc.
