How do I transfer my character from my old computer to my ne

Hi all. I am wondering how to transfer my character from my old computer to my new computer. Is it possible?

If they're both Skyrim characters you should be able to just copy over your save files from the old computer.

Yep. As a precaution I backup my saves every few days.

Should be found under My Games/Skyrim/Saves in Windows 7.
