Kynyreth or Akatosh

Post » Sun Dec 11, 2011 11:55 pm

I've been to high hrothgar and have talked to the greaybeards.
When talking to them they tell me about how the Dragonborn came to be.
In one part of the conversation they say Akatosh gave us the power to speak.
In another conversation they say that Kynyreth gave us the gift to speak.
What is the differance?
And where do we really get the power of Dragon speech from.

Did I spell Kynyreth wrong :toughninja:

I'm not familiar with the creation story of Nirn. Someone with a bit more knowledge care to enlighten? All I can think is Lorkhan tricked the gods into making Nirn, then they buried his heart under red mountain for punishment.

I believe Akatosh gave mortals the Dragon Blood/Soul, and then Kynareth gave such mortals the ability to speak as dragons do.

I know that Skyrim and the Nords were the first of men in Tamriel, but they can't be before the creation of Nirn.
