Well I finished it on delta and started a new game and nothing popped.

Seems to be a bug in the game, because using Select Mission shows me that only Contact has been finished on delta even though I started a new game and finished it all on delta .

After I finished Crysis on the easiest difficulty, I selected NEW GAME and then DELTA. The trophies unlocked properly for me. Maybe it will help deleting your save files. If it does not help maybe you should redownload Crysis.
