Will there be a New Retail Disc

Will Crytek / EA be releasing a new retail disc with all the patches, DX11, DLC & sandbox included or will it be download only ?

For now It is a download . I am not sure about how big is the patch with DirectX11 and HD textures , maybe the retail disc would need 2 DVD . There is not much space in the original dvd for additional content.

I'm guessing with the DLC released early and dx11 there will be a new maximum edition with everything included.
