Mountain Thank You

Post » Sun Dec 11, 2011 2:35 pm

Mountain in Skyrim, I'd like to thank you for trying to make yourself easier for me to scale. But you see, I don't want to be stuck in you forever. This could be problematic to my plans to saving the world.

It appears one of my characters, Phobos, has found himself stuck in a mountain and I cannot get him out in the least bit. I tried jumping, coming out the way I came, continue to climb through the mountain. So far he's firmly stuck in the mountain. I am also going to try load and unload.

But I just found this kind of hilarious. Climbing is a pain in the neck in this game and now it just became worse with my character permanently melted through a disappearing mountain.

What do you mean Google translate?

I have two main characters. Both Bretons. One is Deimos a spellsword druid and the other is Phobos a Support enchanter.

Fast travel somewhere

Oh okay. I should try that.

what i think is annyoing regarding mountains is that usually there is only 1 way up and if you dont hit it at the beginning you have to run around the damn thing after trying to go up cross country for 15 mins and always ended at invisible barriers...MAAAAAA

Fast travel.

Unless the game registers you as falling (which is very rare), this works.

Happened a LOT in FO3 and oblivion (I go mountain jumping a lot). Quite a bit better in Skyrim. I think I've only been stuck once.

Lifeless rocks- 2

Op- 0

I managed to get out of the mountain. But then found myself in another rock, my feet melted through after getting off my horse and now half my body is through the ground. -.-

If you are on PC you can do what I do whenever I get stuck. Hit the "~" key to bring up the console, and type this:

coc whiterundragonsreach

That will port you to Whiterun, and from there you can fast travel anywhere. Or as someone else suggested, just fast travel from wherever you are. Sounds like the mountain has it in for you!
