With almost 200 hours in Skyrim, I've been fooling around with different ideas and I've come up with a fun challenge. Play on Master level and only give yourself one life. If you die, that's it.

No console commands, no trainers, no easy mode mods.

I find myself preparing for every adventure outside the city gates. I spend days, sometimes weeks in the city working on secondary skills and making money. Going out on an adventure is almost scary lol. I don't rush through content, I watch every step. Last night, I was running around the mages college buying a few spells when I got jumped by a damn Elder Dragon on the roof! Talk about an OH **** moment!

Anyway, it's a lot of fun for me and I thought ya'll might like to give it a shot. Boy, is it hard.

You should join the Skyrim Dead is Dead thread. They understand how much fun this can be. I must admit I've never tried this, I get too attached to characters after considering background etc, but I definitely will some day.
