Simple Sword and Shield. Not much thinking needed and never have to think about Magicka.

I really like the Smithing skill and all the items you can make and upgrade.

I haven't actually finished any factions yet, but liked the Stormcloaks the most.

When I'm looking for something to do I grab a side quest.

Can't vote because there is no playstyle of mine lol, I'm hybrid assassin bow/daggers. Would vote for all 3 proffessions and exploring mostly.

I started with a sword and shield kind of character. Then a destruction+conjuration mage. Then a stealthy archer.

Having played those, I must say that the stealthy archer was the most fun experience. Maybe the way it forces you to slow down, which is the way Skyrim was intended to be played. The mage was probably the least fun because I generally just felt weak. Also, the difficulty of dealing with key bindings and the lack of spellcrafting made magic boring for me. The sword and shield kind of character was fun too, I don't think you can go wrong with that. Still, less fun than the stealthy archer.

You can vote bow and dual-wielding weapons, except you use only one dagger^^

Stealth (Nightingale Armor set, best looking light armor in game) with Bow and Dagger (Daedric of cause).

Eradicating Empire from face of the Skyrim.

Stealth, either with bow and arrow, dual-wielding or magic. Forsworn Bow rocks the most, looks awesome and has decent dmg.

Enchanting and Smithing also a pretty neat, although op if overused.

The Companions and the DB are the best factions and I love doing almost everything, except for shopping and the sometimes dreary smithing, but it has to be done, otherwise I can't get my dragonscale. ^^

Shield + something. It could be a mace, an axe, a staff, or a spell but it's always with a shield. Usually using alteration and restoration. Pretty much my play style in most TES games and other rpgs whenever possible.

I think the best defense is...well, defense! Gotta have my shield and my heavy plate armor. I prefer my sword, but if I happen to get disarmed I've got my war axe for backup (Friggin draugr deathlords...).

Who can talk about defense without Restoration? "A healing spell? Are you a priest?" Lydia, shut it. We've been over this, I'm just well prepared.

And I have to vote for Alteration simply for Candlelight: Who has time for torches when you're carrying Spellbreaker?!

Playstyle-wise, I'm a Paladin...just without the "Holier than thou" attitude. I'm just an expert adventurer who wears too much armor and is too well prepared to take crap from anything, be it draugr, dragons, falmer, trolls, etc.

I am finding myself playing this game more and more like the way I played fable - a lot of switching between stuff during a fight and mostly using something active in both hands. I haven't played with a shield or two-handed weapons yet, I'll leave that for my later playthroughs.

I also love all the crafting, I think it might be the most (or second to most - right after Arcanum) fun I've ever had with this type of thing.
