Where are the Daedra? : V - Skyrim

Atronachs are daedra?

Indeed sir. I read WAY too many of the books in this series, but I'm pretty sure the Atronachs are Daedra that come from planes of Oblivion made up of their element.

For example, Flame Atronachs come from a fiery realm of molten chaos whereas Frost Atronachs come from the planet Hoth.

You'd think there would be more Daedra in the game, given that there is a group called the Vigilance of Stendarr that is basically an un-joinable guild of Daedra hunters.

You'd think there would be more of them when there are people actively going around and slaughtering what's left of them?

I thought the clanfears and scamps were coming out of the Oblivion gates, I figured since there are no oblivion gates that's why they are absent. :shrug:

Summon Scamp, Summon Demora, Dreadroth, etc. Conjuration spells. And as stated I have found in many mage areas deadric hearts. So shouldn't some deadra be around in the mage's lair...much in the way they were in Oblivion and Morrowind? Deadra with mages just seems so natural.

I'm guessing they got hunted to near extinction after the Oblivion incident. Look at the Vigilants of Stendarr for example, they pretty much state that they're hunting down Daedra and Daedra worshippers. Along with Vampires, Werewolves, Gays (presumably), Mudcrabs (definitely), and everything else in the world. They're pretty much the Westboro Baptist Church of TES, just with maces instead of signs. And less picketing and more hitting things violently.

Wow, best post ever. But yeah with all the anti-Daedra groups that poped up right after the stuff with Oblivion i think they where mostly wiped from nirn. Mostly...

I hope Skyrim has a MASSIVE expansion. Which adds new summons as well as other spells.

Where do you find hagravens? I haven't seen a single one...
