In the Bin32 folder there is a Benchmark.bat file, if you run it a text window will open with instructions. You have to download something from Nvidia called oaman. Your supposed to add the Crysis.exe to this but I tried it and it was a PITA so I gave up. You have to rename the folders to get rid of spaces but It still popped up an error for me and I couldn't be arsed to figure it out.

It apparently got removed before the patch was releasd due to "incompatabilities". In other words nvidia would prefer to optomise their drivers more before giving crytek the nod to release the benchmark utility.
