OC Tips please?

Hello, I found the DX11 patch is very demanding.

I wanted to OC my GPU to grab some extra FPS, can anyone tell me how to?

My Specs:

AMD HD5750 @stock
6 GB RAM
Intel i7 930 @stock
1 TB HD
DX50SO Motherboard.
Stock CoolerMaster ATX and Fans.

Yes OCing is very easy, (always keep your fan on max when gaming) get AfterBurner here >>

Overclocking is more complicated than just asking what others have and copying. It's a gamble. It might work for some and not for others. I recommend using MSI afterburner or even the catalyst control center. Move the GPU clock settings up by 10 or 20, something minor, then test your game. See if you can spot any abnormalities, any unusual lines and distortion. If everything runs fine, increase it a bit more.
