I for one am very happy with the updates/DX11.
Everything running smooth as silk and it looks great.
(apart from a log in problem saying "code in use" but i get that after every update)

No not me. The 1.9 patch was supposed to give everyone a free GTX 590.

i forgot to add the mouse lag is unbearable
and ridicules FPS drop
example...shooting down into water going from 90FPS down to like 5-10 FPS lol

but to be fair im sure things will improve after more updates IMO this DX11 update was a serious overhaul so

IM VERY VERY VERY HAPPY DX 11 AND HD TEXTURE ARE AWESOME THE MULTIPLAYER LOOK ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING
