In your opinion, what is the best way to set your S.P.E.C.I.A.L.?

In my humble opinion, there is no "best" way to set your S.P.E.C.A.L. I think it's logical to choose two-four stats and raise those up while lower everything else. It's all how you play: Like energy weapons? Choose perception. Like things done faster? Choose Charisma. Like to carry A LOT of stuff? Choose Strength. I play a variety of ways and I have no set S.P.E.C.I.A.L., and have found that none of my mine really trump the others.
